I am a committed athlete, yoga advocate, and teacher. I believe that personal health and wellness means being able to do whatever you want to do at the level you want to do it. It’s is a means to accomplishing everything else you want to do in life. Combine proper nutrition and consistency, these exercises will get you to your goals with an abundance of energy.
My Mission
I strive to provide for you the tools that can help you manage stress more effectively and thereby, live a more satisfying and rewarding life. Once you learn to link breath with movement the body will move more easily.
Anyone can do yoga. Yoga can help heal injuries, and is a unique explorative form of exercise that can be done pain free.
I will do everything in my power to ensure that novices achieve the most positive first experience possible. I challenge more experienced athletes to build up breath capacity, improve range of motion, and strengthen their focus. I believe a consistant yoga practice sustains a healthy active lifestyle.
