I strive to provide for you the tools that can help you manage stress more effectively and thereby, live a more satisfying and rewarding life. I believe that personal health and wellness means being able to do whatever you want to do at the level you want to do it. It’s is a means to accomplishing everything else you want to do in life. Combine proper nutrition and consistancy, these exercises will get you to your goals with an abundance of energy.

My Mission

I am a committed athlete, yoga advocate, and teacher. I will do everything in my power to ensure that novices achieve the most positive first experience possible.
My method is encouraging people to use their breath. I want people to move the body as if it has no limitations.
When working on healing an injury, I encourage people to reclaim authority in their body and seek alternate ways to exercise. I challenge more experienced athletes to build up the breath capacity, improve range of motion, and strengthen the quality of focus so training. I believe in the practice of yoga because it sustains a healthy active lifestyle and because it feels good.
